Michelle Barnes - Interim Colorado Behavioral Health Commissioner Over her career, Michelle Barnes has championed bold change with her ability to motivate and inspire individuals to identify their highest potential. Today, Michelle can be found maximizing the lives of her fellow Coloradans as the interim commissioner of the Behavioral Health Administration. Earlier in her career, Michelle spent a decade in the technology sector before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. She subsequently served as an interim executive for organizations in transition before accepting her current role as a public servant. She holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA from William & Mary. In her free time, she can be found in the mountains of Colorado or plotting her next adventure. |

Wes Williams, PhD - Vice President & Chief Information Officer, WellPower Dr. Wes Williams joined WellPower in 2007 and now serves as vice president and chief information officer. In 2020, Wes was awarded the Colorado CIO of the Year Corporate ORBIE, honoring chief information officers who have demonstrated excellence in technology leadership.

Stephanie Pugliese - Director of OeHI As the Director of OeHI, Stephanie leads the strategic planning, partnerships, and funding for the Office in collaboration with the eHealth Commission. She is passionate about leveraging data and technological capabilities to improve individual and public health. Prior to joining OeHI as the State Health IT Coordinator in 2020, Stephanie served as an Operations Advisor for the Governor’s Office, where she led the training and implementation efforts for the state in Agile methodology. Previously, Stephanie was a Public Health Investigator for the City and County of Denver, where she led inspections and compliance for food safety. She holds a Master of Public Health from CSU and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hanover College.

Jason Greer - CEO, Colorado Community Managed Care Network, Inc. Jason Greer is the CEO of the Colorado Community Managed Care Network (CCMCN). He has been working in the technology field for 25 years and has spent the last 15 years focusing on leveraging technology and data to improve outcomes for the safety net in Colorado. At CCMCN, Jason is focused on using data and technology to demonstrate how to create meaningful and measurable change in the health care system.
